Alicja Kamaj, founder of KAMAI

is Polish visual artist and fashion and costume designer. In 2021 she graduated at The Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw with her collection "Karusia" and in 2024 she finished her master at The Swedish School of Textiles with experimental collection "Skinning Over"

She is a recognized designer and artist within Young Swedish Design selection by UNG Svensk Form and one of the finalist Fashion Frontier Program in Japan.

Alicja designed costumes for leading Polish theatres like Wybrzeże Theatre in Gdańsk or made a costume design collaboration in Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw.
